Isotop® DSD steel spring vibration isolators consist of two spring plates with M10 internal thread and a cylindrical screw spring. All DSD elements are cataphoresis coated (KTL), which guarantees high corrosion resistance. The core piece of these elements is the damping medium of a special PU material. The material is permanently elastic and break-proof. Isotop® DSD steel spring vibration isolators are used for source and receiver isolation of all impact type machines, as well as for machines of which the operating point is within the resonance range or which can start rocking when traversing the resonance.

Molle Serie MSN
Isotop® MSN steel spring vibration isolators consist of two metal plates with M8 internal thread and a cylindrical screw spring. The metal plates and the screw spring are inseparably connected with a special 2-component compound. On request, MSN steel spring can be galvanized or cataphoresis coated with RAL 9005 (deep black). Isotop® MSN elements can gain a natural frequency down to approx. 3,5 Hz and are manly used for: compressors, extractors, small ventilators, pumps, emergency power units.

Molle Serie BL-SD DSD e BL-MSN
lsotop® BL block elements (SD, DSD & MSN) consist of two steel plates and spring elements with or without damping. The number of spring elements depends on the load. All elements are cataphoresis coated, which guarantees high corrosion resistance. To prevent slipping, PU footplates and/or pressure plates (anti-slip plates) can also be fitted. Special designs are available on request.

Isotop steel springs
Molle Serie MSN-Z
Isotop® MSN/Z, MSN/Z-LC and SD/Z are tension elements consisting of a spring element, connection nuts for threaded rods and either a rectangular tube housing or open steel sheet housing (LC-model). All Isotop® MSN/Z and MSN/Z-LC have connection thread M8 and Isotop® SD/Z has connection thread M10. As an option, all tension elements are also available with a damping core inside. Applications are: suspension elements from ceilings and steel constructions; source isolation of ceiling-hung ventilators, fans, extractors, air conditioners, pipe lines etc. Receiver isolation of sensitive electronic measuring equipment in refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation as well as in pipe line and ceiling construction.

Asonator serie IFB e IFB-D
ASONATOR® series IFB and IFB/D withstand single loads up to 416,000 N. They are made of steel springs with high transverse rigidity and a high safety factor against breakage. The casing and the connecting elements are made of welded steel and, for a long resistance to corrosion, they are subjected to lacquering. The ASONATOR® IFB and IFB/D are equipped with steel screws that act as preload tension rods and are supplied preloaded with a slightly lower deformation than that corresponding to the recommended minimum load. The IFB/D version has a viscous damping element to reduce the resonance effects and further attenuate the vibrations.

Asonator Serie Asotub
ASONATOR® springs of ASOTUB series are designed for the isolation of vibrations and structural frequencies produced by any type of hanging mass: pipes, hoses, hanging equipment. They integrate the ISOTOP SN/Z and SD/Z series with higher single loads. The isolation of the structural frequencies is possible thanks to the interposition of dissipative material between the spring and the upper plate. The metal components of the different versions are treated for adequate resistance to environmental corrosion.
